Digital Delivery
Our knitting patterns are delivered as digital downloads in PDF format. After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your pattern(s). The download link will remain active for 30 days after purchase, so please ensure that you save your pattern(s) to your device or print a hard copy.
Delivery Time
Our patterns are delivered instantly upon completion of your purchase. You should receive an email with the download link within a few minutes of completing your purchase. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@woolari.com.
Technical Issues
If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact us atĀ support@woolari.comĀ and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. We recommend that you use a stable internet connection and a modern web browser to ensure a smooth download experience.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a pattern has been downloaded. However, if you accidentally purchase the same pattern twice, please contact us atĀ support@woolari.comĀ and we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
